The central location offers guests access to Dublin\u2019s vibrant cultural heart, and we look forward to adding to the street\u2019s energy and charm.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The July worked closely with Dublin City Council to secure planning approval for their first Irish property. The apartment-hotel is set to be Georgian-inspired in design, aligned with the brand&#8217;s signature approach of complimenting their buildings to the surrounding neighbourhoods.<\/p>\n<p>The hotel will offer a diverse mix of rooms, catering to guests with varying needs, from short-term stays to extended visits.
