Opened in January 2024, this remarkable 187-bed hotel brings a blend of modern comforts and a respect for Cork\u2019s architectural heritage to the city\u2019s heart. \u201cThis award underscores the dedication and craftsmanship of everyone involved in creating this exceptional addition to Cork,\u201d said Darragh Elliott, Managing Director of Elliott Group. \u201cWe are immensely grateful to Premier Inn, Whitbread Property, and the entire design team for their trust in us to create their vision.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In addition, Elliott Group is thrilled to celebrate <strong>Laura McCooey\u2019s<\/strong> win as <em>Women in Construction Award<\/em> recipient.
