To honour the tradition of placing a tree during Topping Out ceremonies\u2014a custom originating from Scandinavia\u2014we celebrated by donating Bonsai Growing Kits, as well as trees and hedging, to our neighbours at Giraffe Childcare in Liffey Valley.<\/p>\n<p>Now in the advanced stages of structural completion, this facility will offer extensive self-storage space across multiple levels, from the basement up to the top floors, thoughtfully designed to cater to a wide range of storage needs. The building will include a reception area and ancillary office space, along with open car parking and space for a future caf\u00e9\u2014combining convenience and versatility.<\/p>\n<p>We extend our thanks to our client, U Store It, the Design Team CBRE, Carew Kelly Architects, GDCL, ARUP, Axiseng, Ashview Consultants, Garland &amp; Associates, and Daire Byrne &amp; Associates.
