Gary has gained a broad depth of construction delivery experience over his career since graduating from Waterford institute of Technology in 1999. He has worked his way through all construction delivery roles for leading construction organisations, giving him a clear insight into design, delivery, safety, quality, cost, and programme, ensuring that the correct resources are utilised to ensure delivery in the correct manner. Gary has the strength to drive a project, the charisma to build a hardworking team and the experience to identify and plan for challenges as they arise.

Bill is an accomplished construction professional with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, technically complex projects on time and within budget. A strong and results-driven leader, he excels in managing projects within mission-critical environments, ensuring efficiency and operational success.

With decades of experience, Bill leverages innovative construction techniques and stringent safety protocols to maximize productivity. His expertise in the Data Centre sector includes overseeing fast-track projects, meeting demanding programme milestones, and achieving ambitious Ready-For-Service targets to fulfill client objectives.

Eric Leonard

Group Preconstruction & Planning

Eric Leonard is a seasoned construction professional with nearly 20 years of expertise in delivering commercial, residential, pharmaceutical, and educational facilities. His role as Group Planning & Preconstruction Manager involves developing comprehensive programs and methodologies to ensure the successful delivery of all projects within highly regulated, health and safety compliant frameworks. Eric possesses extensive experience in planning and project control for complex Critical System Architecture (CSA) projects, enabling him to effectively plan and execute projects while anticipating risks and opportunities in advance.

Digital Operations Manager

As Elliott’s Digital Operations Manager, Eoghan is responsible for the management of all BIM projects across the company.

Eoghan has demonstrated his extensive experience in the industry, working on a number of blue-chip projects for clients such as Mastercard, BMS, Microsoft, Apple, NTMA and Autodesk. He works closely with the project team to develop effective inter-disciplinary BIM collaboration methods to ensure the highest quality standards are met with innovative strategies to assist in the evolution towards ISO 19650.

Group Technical Services Manager

Having successfully completed both trade and academic training and completing qualifications in the building services field, Cathal has garnered a balanced appreciation for design standards, statutory regulations and also for the practicality of project delivery and onsite installation methods. Along with project delivery Cathal’s key strength is ensuring the right specialist subcontractors are selected for
appointment ensuring projects are delivered within budget and when necessary providing the client with suitable value engineering options.
